the "quote" service:
Send us your document and we will reply within 12 hours with
a "quote" email that will include a time frame (if not specified),
specifications on the edit and a charge.
The "quote" email will also contain instructions on how to
proceed to the reception desk for payment.
Our work on your work does not begin until the level of edit
is qualified, the timeframe set and credit card verified.

the form:
Due to the importance of your email address and the privacy
of your details, you will be emailed a username and password
to use in the upload of your document.
It is important that you place the name of the document you
upload (for instance document01.doc) in the subject field.
The title of your document will be used as the referent
in any correspondence.
In the comments field, place any specifications regarding
your document. Details such as your intended reader, number
of documents and intended tone may have an important bearing
on the final product.

to accept, decline or qualify a "quote":
Should you wish to qualify any details of the quote, simply
reply, including the document name in the title.
To accept a quote, simply follow the instructions contained
the "quote" email.
To decline a quote, please let us know that the service is
not needed. Whatever the reason, we appreciate feedback.

the "xpress" service:
The "xpress" service means a satisfactory edit and guarantee
on the return of your document within 36 hours.
The "xpress" service applies to the proof reading and editing
services only. The maximum length of document is 25 pages
(10 000 words).
In selecting this option, credit card details must be supplied
at the time of submitting a document.
In using this service, you agree unconditionally to editxpress
charging at our discretion. The rates page provides an indication
of what to expect, although a higher or lower rate may be
charged depending on the level of difficulty of the document.
Using the service implies that you understand that a 40% surcharge
also applies.
Our work on your work will not begin until payment is verified.

payment methods:
We use a Thawte certified SSL host Server for credit card
transactions. While we have made every effort to ensure the
security of your details, we do allow details to be faxed
and payments by telephone.

Your credit card details are not stored on the internet.

Documents can only be added one at a time - so please include
the names of all files uploaded in the comments field in the
form. Also specify in the comments field the number of documents
in total.
We accept documents in word, word perfect, rtf, text and
html.

satisfaction:
In the case of the "quote" service, a sample may be provided
on request so you understand what to expect. If you receive
your document and have any further queries, or second thoughts
about the degree of edit you have ordered, contact us in the
first instance. As editors we have the highest regard for
the quality of your document and for your satisfaction with the work.
